DELIVERY:

We offer local delivery for the Coffs Harbour and surronds.

For orders before 11 am we offer same day delivery within Coffs Harbour and Woologoola areas. Please note for same day delivery box avaibilty may be limited.

 

DELIVERY DAY SELECTION

If you would like your sweet box delivered on a certain day, please add this to the note selection upon placing delivery.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS:

If the delivery address is different to your own address, please ensure the delivery address is used in the "shipping address" when processing your order.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT ISN'T HOME?

All of our boxes will require someone to be home at the time of delivery. If no one is at home and there is no safe stop to leave the box it will be returned back to base, and either a $15 administration fee will be charged for re-delivery or you will be allowed to pick it up for free. 


WHAT HAPPENS IF I PROVIDE YOU WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS:

We will do our best to contact you at the time with the number provided. If we are unable to speak with you, the box will be returned back to base. You will be charged a $15 administration fee will be charged for re-delivery or you will be allowed to pick it up for free.

BULK/COPORATE ORDERS:

We are willing to work together to create your own sweet box for any occasians. For bulk orders of 10+ boxes please contact us to discuss further.

 

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

We are unable to accept any return and/or changes once an order has been pricked up/delivered from us. 

 

DO YOUR BOXES HAVE NUTS OR TRACES OF NUTS?

Yes, We cannot guarantee that a product will not come in contact with nuts.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your cancellation is made within 30 minutes of ordering we are able to refund your order, however all orders will incur a $15 administration fee. 

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? (E.G. NOTES, DELIVERY DATE)

Once you have made your order, you will need to email us immediately to discuss potential changes. We can't guarantee we'll get your message in time, but if we do, we will certainly do our best to make the appropriate changes for you.
